Everything you need to know before you order.
What time do I need to order by for next-day delivery?
Order before 5pm and we'll deliver the next day. Order after 5pm and the earliest available date moves to the day after that.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver within about 15km of our base. Enter your postcode on the Build a box page and we'll tell you instantly whether you're in range.
How do I pay?
You don't need to pay when you place your order. We'll be in touch shortly after to confirm details and arrange payment.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes — there's a gift message field when you build your box. We'll include it with your chosen card, or on its own if you didn't add a card.
What's actually in the box?
A large inflated balloon in your chosen style, plus whichever extras you added (chocolates, a card, cake, or flowers), all packed together in one box.
Can I change my order after it's placed?
If your delivery date hasn't arrived yet, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help. Once a box is out for delivery we can no longer make changes.
Do you deliver on weekends?
Available delivery days are shown directly on the date picker when you build your box, so you'll always see what's actually available.
